APDC, The Aerospace Professional Development Center at SOCHE, works across Ohio with the aerospace and defense industry and government, higher education institutions, and STEM organization, to share your resume with organizations who are looking for people just like you. The Center assists individuals with Career Assessments, Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, and proper Job-Searching Techniques. To share your resume, please send an email to soche@soche.org.

The BOLD Compact is a one-time opportunity that is intended to help Ohioans, who have stopped out of College for one reason or another and have yet to return. Through the Compact, you can return to one of several Colleges or Universities and have your account balance forgiven up to $5,000.

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) regional teams consist of subject matter experts within the DODD system who provide lifetime support for people with developmental disabilities, their families, guardians, providers, and county developmental disabilities boards.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) site provides detailed guidance and protection for people with disabilities from discrimination in the workplace.
The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) connects employers with postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities seeking internships and jobs. WRP is managed by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy and the U.S. Department of Defense.
