Participants will learn evidence-based techniques to interrupt the stress and anxiety cycle and discover tools for building meaningful connections that foster student resilience and emotional well-being.
Learning Goals
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Describe three ways that stress and anxiety affect our thoughts
- Identify at least four strategies to interrupt stress and the anxiety cycle
