Beat Burnout: Regaining Work-Life Balance 2022 (virtual event event)

About the Seminar

America is a culture known for its work ethic, and in many ways, the pandemic has shown us just how resourceful we are in continuing to accomplish our personal and professional goals with unique obstacles. However, increased demands at work and home can put a strain on our own ability to manage a balance between the unique needs of each of our roles.

The Strategic Ohio Council of Higher Education (SOCHE) invites faculty, staff, and administrators from member institutions to join an upcoming FREE mental health webinar entitled “Beat Burnout: Regaining Work-Life Balance.” Presented by Claire Ruberg, senior regional director of Clinical Services at Miami University Regionals, this webinar will be held several times this spring.

In this discussion-based small group session, we will talk about the challenges facing professionals in navigating multiple needs and discuss ways in which you can restore a sense of balance to work and home, while improving your self-care.

Participants should select the meeting that best suits their schedule and register for it by clicking on the link below. (Each session is limited to 30 participants, so please register ONLY if you do plan to be at the session.)

Join us for this time together and learn how you, too, can regain the necessary balance between work and life outside of work.
