Rationale:
This policy is now in effect in order for SOCHE to effectively handle the many registration processes with ease and convenience for participants and to maximize SOCHEs staff resources.
Registration Fees:
Registration should be made in advance by mail, fax, or online at SOCHEs website at www.soche.org. Complete a registration form for EACH person who will attend. Then submit to:

Fees for all workshops, seminars and conferences are listed with each program description or on the SOCHE website (www.soche.org) SOCHE offers our members the convenience of on-line registration. Once your registration is completed, you immediately will receive a confirmation. The full fee is payable upon receipt of registration confirmation. Payment can be mailed with the printed confirmation form. Payment should be made by check, money order, and institutional purchase order. SOCHE will no longer bill institutions for workshop/conference registration fees. If you are unable to have a check processed by your institution in a timely fashion, a copy of the check request is required.
IMPORTANT:
Your registration is NOT final until full payment has been received (check, purchase order, or money order). Please note that registration fees are subject to change within two weeks of the scheduled event.
Cancellation Policy for SOCHE Workshops, Seminars and Conferences:
If you cannot attend a workshop, seminar or conference and cannot find someone to take your place, SOCHE will give you a complete refund, if you cancel more than two weeks before your event.
To cancel, simply call SOCHE's OFFICE ASSISTANT AT (937) 258-8890. If you cancel with less than two weeks notice, you will be charged the entire fee. SOCHE reserves the right to cancel workshops, seminars or conferences within 72 hours, due to unforeseen circumstances or for lack of participation. We will make every effort to notify all registrants by telephone and will provide a full refund for any workshop we cancel. SOCHE reserves the right to substitute workshop presenters if necessary.
POLICY UPDATE:
SOCHE is now accepting payments online. This was designed to help you, the participant in making sure you could pay for the workshop with credit cards or online checks. The same rules apply as noted above but also if registration is paid online, and a cancelation is request, there is a service fee for this cancelation. This fee is clearly designed to cover the transaction expenses, and not for SOCHE's gain. Please be aware of this if you plan on canceling an event you have already paid for.
Dont Forget Your Tax Deduction:
