Cancellation Policy

SOCHE Conferences and Events

• SOCHE requires five business days notice prior to the event date to receive a refund.
• If cancellation occurs within five business days of the  event, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• SOCHE encourages the practice of finding a substitute attendee if you must cancel within five business days of the event.
• If recurring cancellations (three in one year) become a problem, SOCHE has the right to limit an attendee’s rights to register for events.
