Issues in Articulation and Transfer is designed to help clarify the legislative issues of articulation, to provide access to innovation in articulation, and to bring the right individuals together to accomplish the work of developing or refining articulation and transfer agreements.

The event includes an update from AACRAO regarding federal legislative initiatives on the horizon or in the works impacting the transfer of credit between institutions. There also will be a presentation by the Ohio Board of Regents on the status of state-wide initiatives related to tech-prep transfer. Finally, a representative from the Course Applicability System (CAS) will provide an overview on the upcoming tool upgrade which facilitates institutional credit transfer.

This year, the afternoon's events will focus on articulation in the following key areas:

  • Engineering/Engineering Technology
  • Computer Information Technology
  • Business

This conference is for SOCHE members only and there is no charge for participation.

Who should attend: Department chairs and directors, admissions directors, registrars, and individuals who work on articulation agreements.
