SOCHE and the Ohio College Personnel Associational (OCPA) are pleased to provide an educational and fun professional development opportunity for support staff.

This year’s conference features keynote speaker Dave Leedy. For more than a decade, Dave Leedy has inspired students, parents, teachers, administrators, representatives of business, and leaders of civic organizations. He has been characterized as “one of the most enthusiastic, positive, and motivating forces in the State of Ohio.” In his presentations, Leedy highlights the humorous and painful reflections of perplexed people struggling to cope with every day problems thrust upon them by a seemingly indifferent and sometimes hostile world.

Further, the conference offers a variety of quality program sessions addressing current issues faced by support staff in higher education. Topics include leadership, personalities, supervising students, Facebook and more. See full description of breakout sessions.
